New opportunity to be responsible for the management of Facilities, Contracts and Services Management.
The Facility Coordinator is responsible in supporting the Facilities Manager in the coordination and as required management of local facility services to ensure the smooth running of the Campus.
The position is also responsible but not limited to supporting bushfire management activities/audits and the delivery of minor capital upgrades such as minor building works.
To be successful you will need:
- Proven suitable experience in facilities management / maintenance services for a diverse property portfolio.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of facility management.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Demonstrated Contractor operational management capabilities Computer and systems knowledge.
