Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre-contracts procedures, ensuring effective collaboration with Joint Venture (JV) partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies for successful contract negotiations and partnerships.
  • Supervise the Commercial function, offering leadership to ensure project success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for resolving commercial issues.
  • Lead and oversee the growing Commercial team.
  • Cultivate a culture of consistency, excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Apply commercial law expertise to handle contracts, minimize risks, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Play a crucial role in the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational advancement.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Commercial Manager or Director, preferably in the Rail, Building, or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in managing projects valued up to $100 million.
  • Thorough understanding of pre-construction processes, JV partnerships, and commercial operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in commercial law and its implementation in large-scale projects.
  • Outstanding team management abilities, with a history of ensuring consistency and leading high-performing teams.
