The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Commercial Sales to lead our Commercial Sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise companies.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong understanding of our service offerings and the ability to present them with intelligence and conviction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility both internally and externally
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, managed services, and cyber security solutions, with the ability to present them with intelligence and conviction
