The Renewals Manager / Key Responsibilities

Devising and acting on quarterly renewal plans for your customer set.

Maintaining the cadence and actions for all renewals in recurring 90 day periods
***:

Owning monthly and quarterly renewals and net retention to a specific quota
***:

Using the available platforms and data to understand customer adoption and renewability of the existing ones
***:

Engaging customers across all appropriate media to understand their current status, address their issues and ensure their on-time renewals
***:

Tracking and reporting on key metrics for renewals, which should lead to accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce
***:

Communicating risks clearly and taking the lead in developing resolution strategies
***:

Sharing with executive management the true status of renewals and engage them as needed to address risks

Identifying upsell opportunities and partnering with the sales team to drive upsells as part of renewals.

The Renewals Manager / Key Requirements
-
2-5 years of experience, ideally in a renewals role
***:
-
Prior experience working with customers in a quota-carrying role
***:
-
Experience developing Customer relationships as an account manager, inside sales team (or renewals team, for sure)
***:
-
Working well under pressure, with a results orientation, as part of a cohesive team
***:
-
Good working use of Salesforce. managing subscription SaaS sales cycles through the CRM
***:

Be able to show a track record of success, and demonstrate a desire to achieve
