Your job will fast-paced environment filled with highly motivated sales team members who are all fueled by the passion to succeed.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new sales staff, facilitating training sessions, and developing content to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.
  • You will work closely with various teams globally to ensure alignment with our sales objectives and provide valuable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new sales staff using a blended approach of Instructorled and Computer-Based Training.
  • Provide project and change management support for deployments across new geographies or business units.
  • Develop Instructorled Training (ILT) content and collaborate with Instructional Designers on ongoing content development.
  • Coach sales staff on effective execution of selling skills, product knowledge, and processes.
What Will You Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Advanced facilitation and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage complex dynamics.
  • Ability to work autonomously with provided guides and workflows.
  • Full dedication to the project for 912 months, approximately 40 hours per week.
