The Role
As the Office Coordinator, you will be the face of the business.

You will answer calls, greet clients, and work closely with the team to provide ad hoc office assistant support as needed.

You will also have the opportunity to support the wider team with a variety of tasks.

The Duties

  • Support the team with diary management
  • Answer calls and forward to the appropriate staff member
  • Meet & greet clients
  • Administration support to the wider team, including booking flights and accommodations needed
  • Organise client and social events
  • Keeping the office tidy and ordering stock and stationary


This role is a great opportunity for somebody who is still in the early stages of their career or looking to return to work on a part time basis.

  • Admin or reception experience would be ideal
