The Role

With a focus on continuous growth, we are looking for a dedicated sales professional to manage our high-value WA Territory. We have a strong distribution base in place and need the right person to maintain the service standard set by the outgoing Territory Manager. In this autonomous role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Calling on the existing customer base (regular regional travel required)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential distributors
  • Developing and executing account management plans
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Exploring new business opportunities
  • Handling sales reporting and some general administration tasks
  • Coordinating with the national sales team and head office (SA)
  • Contributing to strategies that foster business development and expansion

About You

As an established and successful sales professional, you will bring confidence, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and a consistent focus on providing excellent service to our distributors. While there is existing business, we seek a proactive, results-oriented individual who can drive ongoing growth in this territory.

While prior experience in a similar position is beneficial, candidates from related industries looking to advance their careers or those with personal knowledge or interest in our products will also be considered favorably.

We are seeking someone who is:

  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently
  • An effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Driven by results with a track record of sales growth and the ability to demonstrate it
  • Mechanically inclined with the capability to comprehend and effectively market technical products
  • Willing to engage in regular regional travel (twice a month, up to a week at a time)
  • Experienced and skilled in using MS Office suite
