Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in providing facilities management and built environment expertise to support ongoing facilities excellence, the achievement of RAC WA's purpose, vision, and mission, and improving value and experiences for business units, the wider RAC WA, and our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2IC support to the Facilities Operations team, acting as main delegate of responsibilities and ensuring ongoing business continuity.
- Support strategic planning, capital expenditure forecasting, and business-specific project work.
- Manage technical operational activities across West Perth aligned with industry best practice to ensure safety, operational, and statutory requirements are achieved.
- Manage fixed assets life cycle in accordance with regulatory requirements and risk management processes.
- Manage RAC WA contractors and service providers in accordance with SLAs.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in facilities operations management and/or property or asset management is necessary.
- An awareness and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
- An understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, timelines, cost, quality, communications, risk, and procurement, is desirable.
- Experience in supplier/contractor management.
- Experience with security and concierge is desirable.
- Qualifications in Facilities Management or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience is mandatory.
