headspace is seeking Casual Client Services Officers for various positions across Gosford, Lake Haven and Wyong sites. This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional customer service and administrative outcomes within the headspace service platform

About You

  • You have demonstrated administrative experience supporting GPs and/or Private Allied Health Providers.
  • You are highly organised and can prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • You have highly developed communication skills, in particular excellent telephone and customer relations skills.
  • Current Drivers Licence and willingness to travel to other locations within the District as required.

What you'll be doing


The Client Services Officer (CSO) role is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administrative support within the headspace service platform.

The role also has a key responsibility in engaging and supporting young people and their families entering into the headspace service.

The position exists within a fast paced environment consisting of multiple demands, including young people experiencing multiple and complex challenges, and requires a flexible, strengths based and professional approach.

This role will rotate across the headspace Gosford, Lake Haven and Wyong sites depending on the needs of the service.
