Client Services Officer - Central Coast

About the Role:
Our client services team represents a pet owner’s first impression of SASH and the service we strive to offer is 5 stars. We are looking for 2 part time candidates with availability across a 7 day roster. As we are a 24hr facility, this team will be working a mixture of shifts including nights and weekends. Availability for 2 weekends per month is essential. There This truly is a reception positions like no other, where no two days are the same.
Some of the tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Navigating multiple systems at any one time, including a digital phone system.
- Greeting of clients and organising waiting room workflow.
- Management of high-volume calls and email inbox
- Coordination and booking of appointments both over the phone and in person
- Acting as a liaison between clients and the clinical team.
- Handling of cash, EFTPOS and other payments
- Requesting results, samples and other documents from third parties.
About You:
Our Client Services team is close knit, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our friendly and vibrant team. This is a position that will be challenging and is not for the fainthearted. We are looking for someone who can bring a positive, engaging and helpful attitude to the role. As a 24hr facility, we require someone who is available to work a variety of hours, across a 7 day roster. This means weekend availability across a shared rotation is a must. To be considered for the position, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume reception or administration-based position
- Proven ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively
- Display an empathic yet resilient attitude
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent work ethic
- A great team play with an ability to work autonomously when required
- Passionate about animals and providing excellent customer service
