About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our team at HumanKapital Pty Ltd. As a key customer-facing role, you will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful and productive client relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level quality customer service, including the receipt and management of client bookings.
  • Liaise with driver requests and requirements while coordinating vehicles to meet client needs.
  • Schedule vehicles and allocate drivers to ensure all bookings are met.
  • Perform general administration duties to support the operational needs of the organization, such as document management and record maintenance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Professional and enthusiastic client support with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that ensure clear but empathetic communication with clients.
  • Proven experience with practical service delivery management.
  • Excellent computer and administration skills with the ability to manage high-volume processing.
  • Previous experience in social or community work; My Aged Care or NDIS sector experience highly regarded.
  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
