About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Services Officer to join our team at Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH). As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate multiple systems to manage client interactions, appointments, and payments.
  • Coordinate and book appointments, both over the phone and in person.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and our clinical team.
  • Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payments.
  • Request results, samples, and documents from third parties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume reception or administration-based position.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Display an empathic yet resilient attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • A great team player with the ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Passionate about animals and providing excellent customer service.
