We are currently experiencing massive growth in the business, and we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager who is passionate about working with a dynamic and fast-paced team.


About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead and nurture a talented team of customer service representatives, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
  • Develop and enforce customer service protocols that enhance quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage customer aftersale queries and complaints and refund requests, ensuring all issues are resolved with professionalism and tact.
  • Utilise customer feedback to work collaboratively with other departments, aiming to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Set and monitor team performance metrics to ensure customer service excellence.
  • Implement and review customer relations policies and service procedures to uphold superior service delivery.
  • Offer guidance and constructive feedback to team members, aiding in recruitment and professional development.
  • Encourage and mentor staff in customer service roles to foster skills development and high performance.
  • Plan and execute service followups to gauge customer satisfaction and the performance of provided goods, adapting services as necessary.
  • Collaborate with various company units, service agents, and customers to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensuring proper communication and service provided by personnel to the customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Customer Service Management.
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a customeroriented focus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and understanding best practices in customer service management.
