We are a nationally recognised company with a strong presence in the letterbox distribution industry, currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team.

This role involves handling customer updates and complaints, as well as communicating with our letterbox walkers about work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer updates and handle any complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Liaise with our centrally recruited contractors, assigning them jobs and ensuring they are clear on their responsibilities.
  • Keep clients updated on the progress of their jobs assigned to walkers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak simply and clearly to those who may not be fluent in English.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role would be advantageous.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rates will be paid for customer service tasks.
  • Fixed payment will be provided for completed job assignments.
