Our wonderful Partner Support Team provides exceptional support and acts as the first point of contact for our brokers, business partners and our national BDM team.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to develop and maintain relationships with our brokers.

About the role
To serve as the first point of contact for our brokers and partners delivering exceptional experiences through multi-channel support.

This role involves identifying opportunities to exceed service expectations, resolve issues efficiently and foster a strong sense of confidence and trust in PassportCard.


  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries from potential or existing brokers and business partners on matters related to products, renewals, process and system enquiries
  • Strive for first contact resolution, ensuring all issues are addressed effectively during the initial interaction
  • Use knowledge of our products and services to guide clients through resolution steps
  • Keep brokers informed of progress and maintain open communication
  • Develop and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our brokers
  • Promote the company ethos by providing an exceptional customer experience to your broker network

What we're looking for

About you

  • Previous customer services experience in a contact centre environment (ideally in the Insurance industry)
  • Selfmotivated and targetoriented with proven examples of meeting and/or exceeding KPIs
  • Exceptional customer services skills with an outstanding customercentric approach
  • Ability to promote products and services to meet the needs of our broker's and their respective clients
  • Empathic, dynamic and outgoing with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills whilst working under pressure
  • The ability and willingness to take initiative
  • A reliable, punctual, loyal and willingness to be part of a team attitude
