This opportunity

  • To effectively support TPG Partners on all relevant Channel activities from partner program queries, sales opportunities, enablement, and operations.
  • To successfully execute on key corporate and governance initiatives for the Indirect Channel.
  • The Channel Business Analyst is a trusted advisor and point of support escalations for all partners.
  • This position is responsible for improving support processes and quality of support for our channel partners while building and maintaining a professional relationship with our sellers and partners to enable the revenue growth and development of the TPG Telecom Partner Program.

Responsibilities

  • You will be a key conduit between our Partners and TPG cross functional teams on Partner related activities.
  • You have strong commercial analytical skills (from gathering financial and operational data to providing assessments and analysis of the data) to help with business modelling and recommendations.
  • You enjoy working in a fastpaced environment and love to problem solve, where you own your assigned tasks and endeavour to complete in a timely manner. Examples include partner enquiries, issues, or training.
  • You are proactive and help drive continuous improvement of our Partner program and offerings by sharing any relevant feedback or suggestions/ recommendations.
  • Own, improve, implement, and monitor Partner support processes and related reports.
  • Maintain known support issues and outages to efficiently assist Partners.
  • Liaise with management teams to better understand internal support and provisioning processes to drive improvements and efficiency.

  • Be familiar with policies and procedures, as well as completing any associated training, as communicated or made available on the intranet and our learning systems.

Knowledge and experience

  • Previous experience working with Partners within the Telecommunication industry and/ or Partner / Reseller/ Vendor environment (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build long term relationships with current and new partners.
  • Commercial analytical skills for modelling and decision making purposes.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and time management skills to respond to partners and internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, overall have a "can do" attitude in their engagement with Partners.
