As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in accelerating the growth of the Australia and New Zealand business.

- Efficiently direct Sales Qualified Leads (SQL's) to a specific Sales District.
- Generate potential customers through cold calling and lead qualification from Marketing programs and promotions.
- Follow up on prequalified leads with the sales team to ensure timely processing and pipeline creation.
- Schedule appointments for Field and Inside Sales Representatives, Account Executives, and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs, provide guidance and information about our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster longterm relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Seek and develop new business opportunities in the market.
- Report sales results to the Business Development Leader on a regular basis.
- Stay current with new products and services, including capabilities, pricing, and cybersecurity industry trends.
- Exhibit high energy, a strong desire to achieve top results, and a dependable, positive "cando" attitude, both over the phone and in person.
- Consistently meet or exceed metrics set by leaders and managers.
Qualifications:
Your Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of business development experience.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and mentor a small team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in prioritisation and making wellinformed decisions.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is an advantage.

Our sales team collaborates closely with global organisations to secure their digital environments. We educate, inspire, and empower potential clients on their security journey.
We also work hand in hand with other segments of our sales organisation to deliver an exceptional customer experience, including Renewals, Field Teams, Marketing, and Sales Engineers.
