Role Overview:
As the Customer Banking Specialist in our Townsville Branch, your responsibilities include:
- Having detailed conversations with customers to support their banking needs such as Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice
- Assisting customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications
- Conducting Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial requirements
- Offering customer solutions through in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Providing effective problem-solving while adhering to processes and procedures
We're looking for individuals who have:
- Demonstrated outstanding Customer Service skills, ideally in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
- The capacity to identify customer needs, find solutions, act with honesty, and prioritize customer satisfaction
- The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, offering comprehensive solutions to customers
- A genuine interest in developing a career with CommBank and enhancing customers' financial wellbeing
