Indigenous Banking Specialist

\t* Build and maintain positive relationships with Indigenous customers and communities
\t* Ensure mob have access to the Bank's wide range of products and services
\t* Deliver outstanding customer service, answering questions about their banking and promoting self-service options
\t* Identify issues and service gaps, working with stakeholders to address these
\t* Conduct presentations and liaise with internal stakeholders across the Bank
\t* Build rapport quickly, taking customer enquiries from end to end
\t* Ensure communication and information to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples/communities is culturally appropriate and effective
\t* Collaborate with communities, stakeholders and other government and non-government agencies
\t* Provide strong customer service experience with excellent attention to detail
\t* Work in a hybrid environment, from home and a local Branch or Office
\t* Reside within an hour commute of our Townsville Branch
