An essential role in reproductive health

The Project Coordinator will report directly to the GM of projects and play a critical role in achieving the Monash IVF Group vision.

You will be responsible for providing high quality support to the project team to enable unified execution of key strategic projects across the Group.

Under guidance from the General Manager Projects, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with Project Steering Committees and relevant sponsors on key deliverables of relevant projects
  • Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
  • Liaising with external suppliers and project contractors
  • Track, forecast, and report information on project progress, including metrics and challenges
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
  • Providing administrative support to the Project team as required
  • Developing project strategies
  • Preparing necessary project metric's, meetings, reports etc.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Ensuring all documentation is maintained appropriately


Understanding that all projects are faced with challenges, the Project Coordinator will be utilised as a support resource to achieve the needs of the project team and will endeavour to maintain a critical eye to detail and focus on group outcomes.


Ideally you will bring the following:

  • Three years of experience in a project position or similar field (desirable)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
