**About the role**:
An incredible opportunity has arisen for an energetic P&C Coordinator to take charge of the administration of all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle.

Reporting to the P&C Lead, you will be charged with assisting in enhancing employee experience and ensuring all human resource matters are compliant with current legislation. This is a newly created role and a great opportunity to refine your skills in a dynamic P&C function.

**Duties**:

- Overall administration assistance of the daily tasks within employee lifecycle supporting strategy initiatives and projects from the P&C lead.
- Collaborate with the P&C lead to implement policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Provide support to the P&C lead, as required.
- Assist in the co-ordination of employee engagement activities. Ensure all HR activities comply with the Fair Work Act.

**Skills & experience***:

- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of current HR Management practices and procedures.
- 1 or more years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills
