**About the role**:
We are looking for a Project Analyst to join our high performing team. Reporting to the Business Analyst, the Analyst for Project Jaguar will be responsible for contributing to the implementation and adoption of a new Merchandise Planning system and the processes that underpin it, with the first priority being the Allocation and Replenishment Module. This role is focused on supporting the completion of activities that will contribute to implementing new tools and processes, user acceptance testing and championing the adoption of change.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Activities relating to the implementation of the Allocation/Replenishment module within our Planning tool
- Testing, implementing, building, and documenting key test scenarios and training material
- Assisting to co-ordinate and participate in the user accepting testing process whilst testing any defect fixes found during Go Live
- Building collaborative relationships with the Planning, Buying and Retail teams.
- Coordinate and schedule change management workshops
- Assist in planning and development of learning material in addition to coordinating and scheduling learning sessions
- Involve and support in training activities and training teams
- Monitor and assist team members through Go Live transition
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Previous experience in an Allocation and Replenishment or a Merchandise Analyst role
- Understanding of Inventory management principles
- Ability to make connections between multiple business functions
- Ability to take a proactive approach and to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst establishing and maintaining strong relationships
- Ability to self-manage and display excellent active listening skills
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Some experience of process design / mapping would be excellent
- Project experience would be extremely useful
