This highly sought after opportunity will be focused on the execution of sales into a broad range of industries with a particular focus into the metal fabrication & transportation markets.
This opportunity will see you:
- Identifying new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Further develop your existing selling skills and passion for your sales career
- Use your trade experience or understanding of the industrial markets as an advantage to securing new business opportunities and developing existing ones
- Working collaboratively with existing and new key accounts to gain a thorough understanding of their abrasive needs and help solve these with 3M solutions.
- Preparing clear plans with major key accounts (Channel & Enduser) detailing main objectives, strategies & tactics, and track progress against these through relevant KPI targets.
Who you are:
- Proven Key Account Management experience with a track record of growth with large industrial end users.
- Possessing Trade skills and a demonstrated desire to sell or enter the sales profession.
- Good communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
- Selfmotivated with a competitive nature and a desire to win
- A problemsolving mindset with the capability to understand relevant industrial manufacturing processes and to provide a solutionsbased approach to meeting their needs.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally.
