THE OPPORTUNITY


Exciting opportunity to join our Property Operations team You will contribute to the effective governance and delivery of all initiatives within Property Operations and leverage your experience to share and implement your ideas.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role within a fun and innovative team.

You will undertake a range of administration activities including but not limited to:

  • Supporting project and program managers to deliver business objectives.
  • Financial and records management.
  • Short term facilities hire agreements (STFA's).
  • Planning and compliance reporting administration.
  • Data entry, arranging and attending meetings to take minutes.

ABOUT YOU


Your exceptional organisational and time management skills are critical when coordinating practical activities to support the programs, projects and business planning requirements.


Demonstrating a high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, your commitment to excellence and a customer-first approach to problem-solving is a must.

Additionally, you have extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365, SAP and document management system (TRIM or HP Content Manager)

You will monitor and determine work priorities and make adjustments as required. Your flexibility to pivot quickly to changes in business or stakeholder requirements will be highly valued.
