This is a full-time role (FTE 1.0), Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 7.30pm.
The role is fixed-term cover for parental leave, expected to be from early 2024 July to early March 2025.About the roleThe Student Services Officer is responsible for assisting with the efficient, high-quality delivery of student services.
Particular focus is placed on supporting student experience by being a welcoming presence at the reception desk, and fielding varied queries from students, parents, visitors and other stakeholders.
The role plays a key part in completing administrative tasks in line with our compliance responsibilities.The ideal candidate we seek will ideally have the following:
An ability to deliver an excellent standard of customer service in a busy environmentFlexibility and the ability to work independentlyOrganisational skills with the ability to work across various tasks and to prioritise work to meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCultural sensitivity, patience and the ability to assist in complex situationsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and managementExperience with MS Word and ExcelRelevant education qualifications and/or experienceCurrent Working with Children CheckWhat we can offer you:Career progression and development pathways within the organisation.
