The Organisation

Our client is a world-ranked university leading the way in innovation, industry engagement and social inclusion.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for students to resolve a variety of questions and issues around the VET loans scheme and census dates. This will be via multiple channels and primarily through outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an outbound call campaign to assist students applying for VSL ahead of census dates
  • Answering inbound inquiries through phone, and email.
  • Provide advice to students on offer acceptance, enrolment, and other support services.
  • Liaise with other members of the Customer Service Team.

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in student services/customer service.
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure and understanding of the student experience (either as a current/past student)
  • An understanding of the VET loans (VSL)
  • Superior time management with the ability to work under pressure and a proactive attitude.
  • Working with Children Check WWCC essential
