Purpose Of The Job
Leading, managing, and developing a defined contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are exceeded.


  • Key Responsibilities
    • Provide leadership to ensure contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
    • Exploit opportunities for contract development to increase turnover and profitability.
    • Communicate and implement business policies and processes effectively.
    • Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with health and safety policies.
    • Optimize staffing structures to balance cost reduction and service excellence.
    • Staff contracts with competent teams and ensure succession planning.
    • Collaborate with Operational managers for business development.
    • Develop financial plans for revenue and profit delivery.
    • Establish control systems to meet statutory and contractual commitments.
    • Maintain customer focus in operational activities.

Accountabilities include accountability to CBRE heads, client contacts, line management of contract teams, and financial responsibility for contract commitments.


Person Specification
Education: Engineering qualification (desirable)
Training: Demonstrated continuous personal development
Experience: Managerial experience in technical/hard services, wider facilities management services, team development, and people management
Aptitudes: Excellent verbal and written communication, motivational and influencing skills, vision, business acumen, high energy, self-starter, organized and capable of working under pressure.
Circumstances: Occasional travel, overnight stays for operational support, training, and business review.
