About the role


The Administration Assistant Quality and Safeguarding provides advanced administration support to the team responsible for the oversight of incident management, behaviour support plans and restrictive practices for CPA.

This position is based at Allambie Heights on the Northern Beaches and offers some working from home flexibility.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Providing administration support to the Quality & Safety Guarding team
  • Organising meetings
  • Collating and preparing management reports
  • Developing and maintaining records and managements systems
  • Incident report management
  • Liaising with stakeholders

About you:

  • At least three year's demonstrated experience providing high level administration support
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred not essential
