Working within our Corporate division, you'll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.
The role of Senior Learning & Organisational Development Advisor will see you working from our Victoria Park head office as a critical member of our Learning and Organisational Development team. You will be responsible for shaping how the company develops our current and future leaders and key talent across our Australian operations, by leading, coordinating and delivering Monadelphous' embedded Signature Leadership and Mentoring Programs, which are underpinned by our Leadership Capability Framework. Further, you will partner with the business to lead the development and delivery of bespoke solutions such as professional development workshops, psychometrics, and safety leadership offerings.

What you will bring
* Proven experience in partnering with senior management and executives in the delivery of programs. Our senior leaders are the greatest advocates of our programs, which will offer a great opportunity to influence and deliver impactful organisational outcomes
A strategic thinker who can execute. You will be taking on a senior role while being very hands on with responsibility to lead, event manage and deploy our programs end to end.
* A high level of resilience and demonstrated change management capability, taking ownership for driving outcomes
* A strong ability to manage internal customer and external stakeholder relationships, along with excellent written and presentation skills
* The ability to challenge and positively influence others in a constructive and professional manner
* Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to design & lead engaging learning products
Tertiary qualifications or proven experience in Psychology or Organisational Development
Experience/exposure to positively impacting operational or behavioural safety outcomes
