The Role

We are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Advisor to join our Corporate division. As a critical member of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for shaping how the company develops our current and future leaders and key talent across our Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and deliver Monadelphous' embedded Signature Leadership and Mentoring Programs, which are underpinned by our Leadership Capability Framework.
  • Partner with the business to lead the development and delivery of bespoke solutions such as professional development workshops, psychometrics, and safety leadership offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnering with senior management and executives in the delivery of programs.
  • A high level of resilience and demonstrated change management capability, taking ownership for driving outcomes.
  • A strong ability to manage internal customer and external stakeholder relationships, along with excellent written and presentation skills.
  • The ability to challenge and positively influence others in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to design & lead engaging learning products.
