Position Overview
As a Senior Learning & Development Advisor, you will be a vital member of our Learning and Development team, based at our Victoria Park head office. Your primary responsibility will be to shape the development of our current and future leaders and key talent across our Australian operations. This will involve leading, coordinating, and delivering Monadelphous' Signature Leadership and Mentoring Programs, which are grounded in our Leadership Capability Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business to create and implement tailored solutions, including professional development workshops, psychometric assessments, and safety leadership initiatives.
- Influence and deliver impactful organizational outcomes by partnering with senior management and executives in program delivery.
- Take ownership of program management, ensuring effective execution from inception to completion.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in engaging with senior leaders to deliver successful programs.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively while being hands-on.
- Strong resilience and change management skills, demonstrating ownership of driving outcomes.
- Excellent relationship management skills with both internal customers and external stakeholders, alongside outstanding written and presentation abilities.
- Proficient facilitation skills and the capability to design and lead engaging learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in Psychology or Organizational Development.
- Experience in positively influencing operational or behavioral safety outcomes.
