About the Role

DT Infrastructure Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our People & Capability team, you will play a critical role in advising on, facilitating, and supporting Learning and Development opportunities for employees within our business unit.

This role requires close collaboration with operational leaders to ensure that Learning and Development activities are aligned to the business needs and objectives. You will work closely with our WA/SA People & Capability team to action learning & development outcomes and facilitate national programs locally.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • 5+ years' experience working in a Learning and Development role
  • Experience working in a large multi-disciplinary organisation within Construction/Mining industries
  • Experience developing skills/competency matrices
  • Knowledge of best practice training record management, compliance, and auditing
  • Knowledge & capability working with various Learning Management Systems
  • Solutions-oriented and able to respond to a rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated and possessing good planning skills demonstrating high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to engage across many stakeholders positively
