Senior Learning and Organisational Development Advisor

The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Advisor to join our Corporate division. As a critical member of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for shaping how the company develops our current and future leaders and key talent across our Australian operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coordinate, and deliver Monadelphous' embedded Signature Leadership and Mentoring Programs, underpinned by our Leadership Capability Framework.
- Partner with the business to lead the development and delivery of bespoke solutions such as professional development workshops, psychometrics, and safety leadership offerings.

Requirements- Proven experience in partnering with senior management and executives in the delivery of programs.
- A high level of resilience and demonstrated change management capability.
- Strong ability to manage internal customer and external stakeholder relationships, along with excellent written and presentation skills.
- The ability to challenge and positively influence others in a constructive and professional manner.
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to design & lead engaging learning products.
We're looking for a strategic thinker who can execute. You will be taking on a senior role while being very hands on with responsibility to lead, event manage, and deploy our programs end to end. Tertiary qualifications or proven experience in Psychology or Organisational Development are highly regarded. Experience/exposure to positively impacting operational or behavioural safety outcomes is also desirable.
