Position Overview
The role of Senior Learning & Organisational Development Advisor is pivotal within our Learning and Organisational Development team, based at our Victoria Park head office. This position involves spearheading the development of our current and future leaders and key talent across Australian operations. You will lead, coordinate, and implement Monadelphous' Signature Leadership and Mentoring Programs, which are integral to our Leadership Capability Framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business to design and deliver tailored solutions, including professional development workshops, psychometric assessments, and safety leadership initiatives.
- Engage with senior management and executives to effectively deliver impactful programs that drive organizational success.
What We Seek
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing programs from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated resilience and change management expertise, with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal customers and external stakeholders, coupled with excellent written and presentation abilities.
- Proficient facilitation skills and the capability to design and lead engaging learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications or substantial experience in Psychology or Organisational Development.
- Experience in positively influencing operational or behavioral safety outcomes is highly regarded.
