The Role


We're on the hunt for a talented Producer to help lead our operations and champion our client needs throughout APAC.


Reporting to the Head of Client Service APAC based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the technical and deliverable aspects of all production within Australia and throughout Asia.

From the lick off call to the airing, you will leverage your industry experience and work as part of a small, high-performing team and ensure you are with our clients every step of the way.

The role will ideally be based in Melbourne, but we will consider applicants based in Sydney.

We offer the flexibility of a hybrid work pattern allowing you to spend a few days in the office and rest at home.

Using The Brand Power Company endorsement platforms and best-practice formulas, our Creative and Production team produces creative content to drive sales for many of the world's major FMCG companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing project timelines, production budgets and supplier relationships.
  • Coordinating the sourcing, scouting and booking of location, equipment, crew and talent.
  • Managing shoot days, including setup, freelance crew, equipment, catering, wardrobe, props, client.
  • Administrating the slating, trafficking and distribution of final production assets.
  • Conducting preproduction meetings and conference calls with clients
  • Managing movement of information between client and internal teams
  • Liaising with clients, networks and approval bodies to ensure creative approvals
  • Work closely with an inhouse team (sales, producers, editors etc.) to help guide a project from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee and guide timeline management, ensuring time efficiency and proactivity
  • Ensure all production materials, templates, training profiles are updated regularly.

Our Qualifications and Experience Wishlist

  • Postsecondary education in advertising/media/communications/marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 35 years of production experience at a production company, advertising agency or equivalent.
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills; ability to think big picture
  • Exceptional communication skills (additional languages are always considered an asset)
  • High levels of initiative, selfmotivation and time management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and MS Office
