You'll be working with an international team of specialists both remotely and from within our modern office in an atmosphere that's more tech company than financial services.

You'll be embedded within a team of Product, CX, Delivery and Design experts responsible for setting the product and delivery strategy for the division and working closely with technology teams to help deliver market leading investment and leverage trading products for our clients.

You'll also be helping to contribute to a culture of experimentation and iterative development at IG, helping us to enable us to deliver products that meet our clients' needs, and to quickly test, iterate and develop solutions that deliver innovation and help to continuously improve our existing offering.

What you'll do User Researchers are key figures in the teams that help ideate, design, and deliver our products.

Carry out qualitative user research activities as your primary activity from recruiting participants, preparing discussion guides, moderating research sessions, and delivering actionable findings.

Carry out quantitative user research as a secondary activity, from preparing and managing client surveys to supporting CX and tech teams with iterative test and learn activities with live clients (e.g., A/B testing, Beta testing) Work with the Divisional CX Manager to monitor continuous client feedback and CX and commercial performance metrics to help identify key client pain points and commercial opportunities.

Support the divisional product and tech teams in turning research findings into actions.

Champion our clients, and their needs, within the divisional product and tech community Lead rather than help colleagues define and articulate research goals Take as much insight as possible from client-facing teams Who we're looking for You're curious about things like the client experience, the rapid developments in tech, and the complex world of fintech regulation.

You're also a confident, creative thinker with a knack for innovating.
We know that you know every problem has a solution.

Here, you can try new ideas, and lead the way in creating inspiring experiences for our clients and everyone around you.

We don't fit the corporate stereotype.

If you want to work for a traditional, suit-and-tie corporate that just gives you a pay cheque at the end of the month, we might not be for you.

But, if you have that IG Group energy and you can stand behind what we believe in, let's raise the bar together.
