The role

Reporting into the Office Manager and working closely with the Director group you will ensure the smooth running of a mid-sized office.

Being a part of a small operations team, your role is an integral part of the firm and will support both internal and external stakeholders.

A positive attitude, exceptional customer-service skills and a team-focused approach is essential.

Typical tasks

  • Reception and phone management
  • Meeting room management
  • General maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  • Project setup and system compliance
  • Maintain client information, database, project sheets
  • Support IT set up
  • Coordinate social events and industryfunction attendance

Due to the nature of the role, it is preferred that this person will be in the office full time.

However there is the potential for some flexibility ad-hoc.
