About the Role
As the Team Leader, Aquatic Operations you will manage the aquatic programs and centre operations at Reservoir Leisure Centre.

You will directly oversee the Duty Manager team, and provide leadership and development to the Lifeguard & Swim Instructor teams.


  • Support and oversee the daytoday operations of the Reservoir Leisure Centre (RLC). Ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for all.
  • Ensure the Centre and staff comply with all relevant legislation (incl OHS, Health dept, GSPOs)
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures to ensure best practices for ongoing operations at the facility.
  • Oversight of operational budget
  • Management of cleaning and maintenance contracts
  • Oversee and develop swim school and other aquatic programs.

Skills & Experience

  • Current or able to obtain: Working with Children Check, Pool Lifeguard, First Aid/CPR
  • Pool operation Certificate (desirable) or knowledge of pool plant operations management.
  • Experience managing and driving aquatic operations, including swim schools.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
