We are seeking highly motivated seasonal Pool Lifeguards, who provide a fun and safe aquatic environment to all members and guests of the Reservoir Leisure Centre.

About the Role

As a Lifeguard, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe swimming environment for our valued members and guests.

Your friendly and attentive demeanour will keep pool-users informed and secure, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Main responsibilities revolve around supervising our aquatic spaces, where anticipation and swift problem-solving are key.

• Ensure a fun and safe aquatic environment.
• Risk mitigation and emergency management.
• Educating members and guests regarding water safety.
• Providing a high level of customer service.

Skills & Experience

• Experience working in aquatic facilities or a similar team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Sound knowledge of First Aid and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work across 7 days of the week.
• Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Must be willing to obtain).
