About the Role

The role of the Duty Manager is to assist with the day-to-day supervision of the Leisure Centre's programs, staff, patrons and plant room operations.

In this position you will oversee the facility presentation and ensure there is a high regard for occupational health and safety.

Leading by example, you will motivate your teams to build positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • Supervise and provide leadership to facility staff
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Ensure a fun and safe aquatic environment
  • Risk mitigation and emergency management

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in aquatic facilities and leading teams
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work across 7 days a week
  • Pool Lifeguard Qualification (Willing to obtain)
  • First Aid Certificate (Willing to obtain)
