What you'll do
Research Strategy: Identify research needs, prioritise, and manage research initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various disciplines (Design, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, Strategy). Team Leadership: Coach and mentor researchers and team members on best practices in UX research. Research Execution: Conduct research projects supporting all stages of the product design process (ideation to evaluation). Communication and Dissemination: Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders with varying needs. Manage research operations; including research processes, participant recruitment, and research tooling.What you'll bring
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Human-Centred Design: Applied knowledge of Human-Centred Design principles. Collaboration: Experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style.
