Key Responsibilities

Research Strategy: Determine research requirements, prioritize, and oversee research initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across various fields (Design, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, Strategy). Team Leadership: Guide and mentor researchers and team members on best practices in UX research. Research Implementation: Execute research projects that support all phases of the product design process (from ideation to evaluation). Communication and Reporting: Clearly convey research findings to stakeholders with diverse needs. Manage research operations; including research methodologies, participant recruitment, and research tools.

Qualifications

Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong emphasis on research. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple research projects concurrently in dynamic environments. Human-Centered Design: Practical knowledge of Human-Centered Design principles. Collaboration: Proven experience working effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Communication: Strong writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style.
