We're seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Researcher to join our innovative team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our business, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute research strategies to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Lead and mentor researchers to deliver high-quality research projects
  • Communicate research findings to stakeholders and drive business impact
  • Manage research operations, including participant recruitment and research tooling
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
  • Applied knowledge of Human-Centred Design principles
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style
