Key Responsibilities

  • Research Strategy: Identify research needs, prioritize, and manage research initiatives to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across various disciplines, including Design, Product, Marketing, Experimentation, and Strategy, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor researchers and team members on best practices in UX research, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Research Execution: Conduct research projects supporting all stages of the product design process, from ideation to evaluation, to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers.
  • Communication and Dissemination: Effectively communicate research findings to stakeholders with varying needs, using clear and concise language to ensure that everyone understands the insights and recommendations.
  • Manage Research Operations: Oversee research processes, participant recruitment, and research tooling to ensure that our research is conducted efficiently and effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in UX Research, Service Design, or UX Design with a strong research focus.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Human-Centred Design: Applied knowledge of Human-Centred Design principles and a passion for creating user-centred solutions.
  • Collaboration: Experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation and achieve business goals.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills, with an engaging presentation style that can convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
