Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ux Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for driving customer insights and guiding user-informed product development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct end-to-end research projects, from recruitment to delivery of insights
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to contribute to product improvements
  • Support designers in delivering evaluative research
  • Help the team understand customer needs, motivations, and pain points
  • Work closely with the senior researcher to determine effective research strategies
Requirements
  • Strong background in research foundations, with experience working as a professional qualitative researcher
  • Ability to execute secondary and evaluative research, with a pragmatic and adaptable approach
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to the team
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn new skills and adopt innovative research methods
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working closely with researchers and adjacent roles
