Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team and play a key role in defining and managing the UX/UI process, from research and strategy to concept, design, and development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define and Manage the UX/UI Process

You will be responsible for shaping the digital experience across our product ecosystem, collaborating with product and analytics teams to create user experiences and features that drive user success and engagement.

User-First Approach

You will work towards delivering exceptional experiences and ensuring our propositions are brought to life through engaging digital experiences, optimizing the customer journey and achieving digital experience targets.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content, to provide user research and designs that align with the objectives of our customers, products, and business.

User Research and Testing

You will design and conduct user research using quantitative and qualitative methods, translating data into solid hypotheses for potential design solutions, establishing user groups, and implementing customer research and testing processes.

Design Solutions

You will identify design problems and devise intuitive and elegant solutions, guiding the design of creative solutions through high-fidelity designs and prototypes, delivering beautifully crafted product experiences at scale.

Collaboration with Teams

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal user experiences within project scope, budget, technical requirements, and business needs.

Requirements

  1. Experience

You should have 5-8 years of experience in designing user experiences for digital products.

Ability to Translate Research into Solutions

You should have a proven ability to translate user research and usability findings into iterative product solutions.

Understanding of UX Research Methodologies

You should have a strong understanding of UX research methodologies and experience in translating findings into lo-fi sketches, designs, and prototypes.

Agile Mindset

You should have an agile mindset and be able to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Stakeholder Management

You should be comfortable managing stakeholder expectations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Passion for Learning and Innovation

You should have a passion for learning and innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations.

Familiarity with Design Life Cycle

You should be familiar with the end-to-end design life cycle and modern Agile UX group facilitation models.

Conversant in Front-End Coding Concepts

You should be conversant in front-end coding concepts and able to design within technical constraints.

Analytical and Data-Driven

You should be analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into actions, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
