About the Role and Company:

As the Business Operations Manager reporting to the Head of Business Operations, your main responsibility will be to oversee the execution of the BU programs/initiatives portfolio to ensure alignment with Woolworths At Work's strategic objectives. This role involves managing program portfolios, implementing Agile frameworks, providing operational support, and supervising project management, serving as the primary contact for program execution and collaboration across the Business Unit and Woolworths Group.

  • Manage the portfolio of Business Unit programs and initiatives
  • Define and report on delivery KPIs, progress, and status
  • Ensure data quality and structure in portfolio management tools
  • Support leadership in work prioritization, issue resolution, and capacity management
  • Prepare and facilitate Big Room Planning
  • Coordinate risk management and resolve inter-team issues

Requirements:

  • Prior Portfolio Management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Advanced data analysis proficiency
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus
