Looking for a role that allows you to take deep ownership of your work? In this role, you will support the General Manager Workplace Services taking the lead across a range of key strategic initiatives, triage of priorities, management of financial and risk and compliance reporting.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with shaping new ideas with a specific focus on process improvement and streamlining of current policies and procedures.


You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing strategic initiatives, including but not limited to, frameworks, business models, operating models, restructuring, reorganisation or business reviews.
  • Maintaining a forward view of major deliverables, triage priorities and ensure that requirements for these deliverables are managed in a timely fashion and to an exacting standard.
  • Managing all Workplace Risk, Compliance and Audit and daily operations and ensure adherence to rules, regulations and procedures, while addressing potential issues when they arise.
  • Preparing and managing monthly/quarterly financial reporting and risk and compliance deliverables, briefing notes on key issues, reports and presentations as required.
  • Improving processes and policies in support of Workplace Services and the wider organizational goals.

Important to your success:

  • You will have demonstrated experience in an operational management role in a complex, matrixed organisation (experience in finance/financial reporting would be advantageous).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence crossfunctional thinking in the development and implementation of strategies.
  • High attention to detail demonstrating accuracy and the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities, to evaluate complex alternatives, make confident judgements and develop innovative, sophisticated solutions.
  • Strong reporting skills with the ability to present impactful insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding and expertise in finance and budgeting coupled with advanced technical skills in Office 365 suite and presentations tools.
