The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for an individual with exceptional people skills and a genuine knack for hands-on leadership, to take on a true leadership position at Dotmar North Rocks. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, building lasting relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Your new role:
As Business Manager at Dotmar North Rocks, you will be responsible for developing and optimising the operations, overall sales, and profitability of the business, to play a pivotal role in the next chapter of company growth.

To ensure all financial and non-financial objectives are met, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability by growing revenue and market share.
  • Work closely with key customers and suppliers to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships.
  • Manage systems and procedures to ensure efficiency of operations.
  • Lead, train, and develop your team to achieve measurable results.
  • Attract and develop a high-performance team.

Essential Criteria:
To be successful, you will be a confident and strong leader with an aptitude for maximising sales performance, profitability, and growth, in a dynamic and competitive environment. You will have:

  • Sales Management and operational experience.
  • Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development in a technical or engineering market.
  • Vision, drive, and the ability to think outside the square.
  • Outstanding leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of leading a successful team.
  • A qualification in a relevant discipline and/or formal management training would be a distinct advantage.
