What this opportunity involves:


We have an opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to join our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services business line and work onsite with our client, global tech giant Amazon You'll be responsible for providing facilities administrative support to the operations team.

A snapshot of day-to-day duties required;
Ensuring Client satisfaction through excellent facilities management as well as workplace engagement activities planning, advice and support
Conduct facilities management operations audits
Office/ Facility tour and introduction for all new hires
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
Finance management and processing vendor invoices and update invoice tracker
Attend Emergency situation and prepare Incident Report and upload the IR to both JLL and client system
Assist with onsite event setup and coordination where required
Management of all faults and queries raised through the helpdesk.
Liaison with the landlord on matters relating to the premises

To succeed in this role you will be proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.

You'll possess a can do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships. A strategic thinker who is capable of dealing with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Facilities or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in Finance, Hospitality, Property Management or Facilities Management
